Free yoga in K-W parks, all summer.
From late spring to early fall, we hold weekly free yoga sessions in parks across Kitchener-Waterloo. Bring a mat or a towel. No registration. Donations welcome — they fund the next year of free programming.
How it works
A free, weekly, outdoor practice — for the season.
- One regular weekly session per park location, usually mornings or early evenings.
- Free. No registration. Donations welcome but not requested.
- All-levels, beginner-friendly. We bring extra mats and props in case anyone forgets.
- Sessions cancel for thunderstorms or air-quality alerts. Light rain we usually still teach.
- Subscribe to the email list — it's the easiest way to get reminders and any cancellation notes.
Most years we've taught at three to four parks across K-W. The exact roster shifts each year based on city permits, neighbourhood interest, and the teaching team's availability. Email us for the current locations and times.
