Three classes most newcomers love.

Each is taught with extra cues, no assumed vocabulary, and full permission to take any pose smaller, slower, or skip it altogether.

Essentials

Fundamental yoga poses and simple transitions, taught with informative cues. The friendliest place to start.

Slow Flow

Unhurried but active. Mindful sequencing with exploratory moments and a restful close.

Beginner-friendly · 45 min

Strength Essentials

Build real-world strength with weights, bands, and bodyweight. Squat patterns, push-ups, hinge work — taught in clear progressions.

Yoga Foundations · 6 weeks

A six-week course that takes you from "I've never done a sun salutation" to "I can walk into any drop-in on the schedule." Same teacher, same cohort, every week.

Newbie answers

The questions everyone has.

  • Either jump into a beginner-friendly drop-in (Essentials, Slow Flow, or Restorative) or sign up for our Yoga Foundations 6-week course. Both work. Foundations is more methodical; drop-ins are more flexible. There is no wrong answer.
